Atmos Foundation, in partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Advancement and EPA, is offering no-cost Brownfields Job Training to DC residents. Build skills, earn certifications, and connect directly with employers in environmental careers.
About the Program
- Duration: 5 weeks (174 hours of training).
- Certifications Earned: OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, Forklift Operator, CPR/First Aid, Hazardous Waste Management, and more.
- Who Can Apply: DC residents, 18+, under-resourced individuals with limited formal work experience or industry exposure, motivated to start a career in environmental remediation and safety.
