Our Founder’s Story
Atmos Solutions has always believed that true success comes from giving back. Guided by this belief, Anthony Fernando led the company to allocate 5% of its profits to community and philanthropic initiatives. In 2025, these contributions supported projects such as Embark (for stray dogs in Sri Lanka), the St. Peter’s College sports team, the National Children’s Center (NCC), and book drives to promote literacy.
Yet, Anthony realized that these efforts alone were not enough to create the wide-reaching change he envisioned. To expand our impact and rally support for both local and global causes, the Atmos Foundation was born.
Through the Atmos Foundation, Anthony Fernando’s vision continues to grow—a vision where collective action drives meaningful change, and where every initiative, no matter how small, has the power to shape a better future for communities around the world.

Our Story
At Atmos Foundation, we were founded on the belief that technical expertise should drive lasting impact. As the nonprofit arm of Atmos Solutions, Inc.—a trusted contractor in environmental, construction, and facility operations—we saw an opportunity to do more than deliver projects.
We launched the Foundation to expand access to the opportunities behind the work: training, tools, and pathways that turn local challenges into lasting progress. From compliance education to green construction training, we help individuals build resilient careers and communities.
